We had a pleasant stay in this hotel. Staffs and esp the manager - they are so kind and helpful in our needs. The location of this hotel is very accessible to Pratunam Market and Platinum Fashion Mall. So many street foods outside if you want to grab a food. It is highly recommended. The room is spacious. The only problem is that they did not change the bedsheet everyday but they clean the room and change towels everyday. And also the manager gave us free food and coffee the day before our check out. Thank yoi so much!! Will definitely go back to Bangkok and book again to Euro Luxury Pavillion Hotel . Thank you so much! :)

Initially I was a bit afraid to stay here because of some bad comments. But it turned out the service was good, the staff was friendly, at that time I came in the morning but was able to check in earlier without additional costs. Every day the room is cleaned. all staff are considerate of the guests. The location is close to Pratunam Market. This place is located in an alley but easy to find.

Review Express: - Conveniently located at Pratunam market, you can stroll the shopping market as well as to other areas via the BTS link with the ARL. - The room is okay, clean but a bit tight, there is no hot water machine or hair dryer in the room. - The enthusiastic receptionist brings his baggage to his room (so tip a few of you) - The hotel owner is an Indian but also cute, I pay 15 minutes late than the regulations on Saturday but he still laughing happily. (Big plus point) Score 7/10

room is not like photo. set a high price to get a good, new, well-equipped room but when checking in, the room in the cavity is delivered in the old room. No toothbrush. even hand washing soap is not available. The old towel arrived at the cloth. Like in a shabby hotel. generally fraud. Once will never be the 2nd time
