It is dirty room like never clean before. We had for 4 nights in this hotel and in the room so dirty and have big family insects! first time they have just only in the toilet but after that they come every where inside the room and is so bad when we ask to change the room have the staff told me every room they same, hotel is so big why you don't have the better words than this to reply your customer? and don't fix anything about that problem?
