It was a wonderful experience

Unfriendly and unwelcoming from the start. Rooms not ready by the stated time (2pm) - reluctantly allowed us to use their health spa small changing room to change our clothes. No cubicles available for privacy. The room smelt of cigarette smoke which made me wheeze. Everytime someone flushed the toilet in rooms above me the pipes gurgled loudly. The airconditioning did not work - it would only heat the room which was already hot and the answer to our enquiry was 'open a window' which then meant the room was very noisy. Light fittings above the bedside were positional - move them slightly and the light switched off. Mould in the shower and general grime in corners. No extraction working in the shower room. Sink unclean. Breakfast included but some of the food was not fresh (bread dry for example). Coffee unpleasant. Reception staff on arrival were unhelpful but their handyman was pleasant and helpful.

Although the hotel was a block from main street, it's location was close to restaurants & shops. Reception was friendly & very helpful.

Friendly staff, well situated for restaurants and cafes, easy to get to from airport bus.

The hotel need to renew everything and the location is totally not good it is near by school and it is very noisy

Excellent location, with friendly and helpful staffs. I came back to this hotel for its high value for money.

Not only proximity from various public transport, restaurants but also, surrounding environment was pleasant. Facilities, staff attitude, breakfast are all very good. Value for money, too.

Location is excellent in that metro, buses and airport shuttle are only within 3 minutes' walk, and that it is surprisingly in a quiet location. Staffs are friendly, caring and efficient. Wifi condition can be improved, though.

It was an amazing accomodation and many thx to hotel staff. They were very interested in the whole things and debonair and helpfull.

Genel olarak iyiydi. Sadece oda kartlarının manyetiği sık bozuluyor nerdeyse her odadan çıktıktan sonra tekrar resepsiyona uğramak gerekiyor. Odanın kapısı kilitlenmiyordu. Meyva tabağı süprizi güzeldi . Konumu da güzel bir otel genel olarak tavsiye ederim

Sessiz bir otel. Yatak rahat. Temizlik iyi durumda. Sabah kahvaltısı güzeldi.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, cerca de la zona comercial y de restaurantes.. Es un hotel bonito pero no es nuevo. La atención buena y el desayuno buffet es muy completo. El inconveniente que tuvimos fue con el aire acondicionado que no funcionaba y no pudieron arreglarlo durante nuestra estancia.

Şahane, tertemiz bir otel. Şehrin tam göbeğinde. Muazzam bir konaklama deneyimi. Teşekkürler

Başarılı, bir sorunla karşılaşmadım.

Konum iyi ancak gürültülü.WI-FI sorunsuzdu.Kahvaltı idare eder ama çay soğuktu.Odada kettle bar ama sadece bir küçük su bırakılmıştı.Minibar küçük su 8 TL.Temizlik ve odanın büyüklüğü iyi. Yemek sorun oluyor,

Rahat fakat odalarin camlari aylardır silinmemis, dışarıyı çok zor görüyorduk. Duş tavaninin alcilari duşa düşüyordu, neyseki son gun görevliler gelip yapti. En onemli konu da isiklar her 25 saniyede bir kapanip aciliyor. Banyolarda ayna ustu beyaz isik kullanilsa daha iyi olur, çünkü ışık yetersiz. Bu küçük detaylar önemli, bir dahaki sefer geldigimde bu eksikler düzelmiş olursa daha iyi olur.

Wifi never worked in the room. They never provide any receipt although I requested many times for my company. They asked me additional charge after I completed my payment. Almost every staff speak poor English and I could not communicate with them at all. I never stayed such bad hotel ever.
