My stay at Lugal Hotel in Ankara was wonderful! The staff truly made the experience stand out. Sinem made check-in a breeze, and Aysima ensured my checkout was efficient and friendly. A special mention to Bura, who went above and beyond in guiding me on where to go and what to see in the city. The hotel itself was luxurious and comfortable, with excellent service throughout. I highly recommend staying here for a great experience in Ankara.

Such a lovely & pleasant stay. Absolutely clean, especially during the pandemic with a baby & couldn’t feel safer. Excellent location with access to everything that you can imagine with an absolutely safe feeling. The staff was very respectively helpful 24/7. Their English was very fluent & they were extremely helpful in all matters; we had no problem at all. Would recommend anybody to this lovely unique hotel with a private & luxury experience. Definitely would come straight back to this beautiful hotel again with no doubt about it. Thank you so much & can’t wait to come back & see them all again. In one word, Excellent!!

This property is falsely advertised. We were sold a suite we received a room I wouldn’t allow my dogs to stay in. The staff could not understand what our problem with a room could be from being dirty to the linen to the towels to the dirty bathroom to the shabby dirty coffee stained carpets. This was meant to be the luxury part of the Sheraton Hotel In Ankara that it is connected too sadly it was more like the Ibis version. We ordered room service and both were mysteriously going to the bathroom often the next day. We got stuck between what they class as a “spa” and the hotel elevator for 20 minutes because the key system supposedly has problems near cellphones in 2021. An experience would not be justice for this hotel maybe a nightmare but it would be being kind. Stay clear of this hotel is the politest tip I can give to any traveller. (This hotel upset us that much that we decided to give feedback for a change)

Total disappointment! A boutique style lixury hotel where you pay 50% more than her parent 5 star hotel does not change sheets and replace amenities; even if you asked for it. They swicthed off AC and suggested I open the windows. Sir, get back to your hotel school and come back refreshed! Pathetic! Embarrasing

The rooms are nice but there is almost no service at the Lugal. The reception only works from 09:00 to 23:00 and outside these hours, you need to check in at the nearby Sheraton hotel. It is absurd to have a Luxury Collection hotel and rely on the Sheraton nearby to provide all the services. Unacceptable.
