Wonderful stay but shame on you Hotels.com for defaulting your reservations to handicap rooms...once I arrived at the property it was found out that I had booked a handicap accessible room which I didn't need...once that situation was sorted the staff at holiday Inn bent over backwards to make things right including a room upgrade so mad props to the Holiday Inn staff... would like to add that I had booked a stay at Fidelity hotel in Cleveland through Hotels.com and ended up in a not needed handicap accessible room..my room was supposed to have a tub and didn't...hey Hotels.com...what if an actual handicap person needed a handicap accessible room and you booked it to a person who didn't need that type of room... probably be a good idea if you changed that default booking glitch

Had a great stay, great location for visiting the Cuyahoga Valley national Park and Cleveland Ohio!
We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and sauna!
The breakfast was great, so were all the staff!
Clean, Spacious rooms, with comfortable beds.

Sandy at the front desk was very friendly and made excellent restaurant recommendations when asked. The room was clean, and the AC/heater worked well. The hotel offered complimentary bottled water and hosted an ice cream social in the afternoon, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was good and appeared to be prepared with care.
My only complaint was that the walls were quite thin, so we could hear people walking above us late into the night, as well as conversations in the hallways, which kept us awake. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with a clean room and warm staff.

I was very impressed with the hotel over all. But i definitely choose this one because of the pool and gym. The gym def needed some work. The treadmill was uneven and equipment was older. The rooms on the other hand were amazing except the beds a little on the harder side.

Strange smell. Carpets need cleaned. Trash not taken out. Things broken with no sign (sauna). No bedbug covers on mattresses. Questionable elevator.

Most of the staff was friendly and quick to help. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. Something kept happening to my room keys and they would not work. I had to return to the desk to have them reenergized. Lastly, the elevator needs maintenance, badly.

We had a really good stay at this hotel. Very close to Cuyahoga national Park, which was our destination. The morning breakfast was wonderful both days that we stayed. Within 3 miles of other restaurants.

The hotel was in good shape and was clean. The hotel staff were friendly.
The WIFI at this hotel is terrible. I was getting sub 1 Mb download speeds (approx, 100 times slower than my house) which made accessing a steaming service painful.
The room doors slam shut. Not only do you hear the door slams, but you also feel them reverberate in the room. The property is adjacent to a Pilot truck stop so be prepared to hear truck sounds throughout your stay. Pack and use ear plugs.

This hotel wasn't nice at all. For a holiday inn, room was not nice. Tape around the cable cord, toilet seat was lose, cold shower, people screaming n yelling in the hallway, cops should of been called. Obviously new management should be brought in if you dont care about your customers staying there. Definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel
