Breakfast was not good, dive bar next door could get noisy at night, leak in bathroom sort of over priced for value given. Other than that, it was very walkable to nearby store, activities, and restaurants; staff was friendly.

We enjoyed our stay here. The lady on the desk was friendly and informative. I like the wrist key. Our room had a full kitchen and table and chairs and 2 full beds. The property was older but was clean and functioning. The beds were comfortable. There was a sister hotel with pools and restaurants on the adjacent property We especially enjoyed the wrap around veranda with views of the waterway. We didn’t use the pool or restaurants but they appeared well taken care of. The location was great and within walking distance there was a grocery store, convenience store, Dunkin’s, Starbucks and our favourite a Cuba restaurant serving very good coffee and a reasonably price breakfast. There was a walk light for the overseas highway not far from the street the hotel was on. Would stay again.

It was a great location everything was near by hotel needs a lot of remodeling and housekeeping never came unless I asked. Rooms weren’t cleaned well at all! Blinds were all bent up. Tub wouldnt drain water properly windows wouldn’t open and the table light didn’t work.

The property is located on an inlet and marina. The king suite we stayed in was overall nice and very spacious. Bed was average comfort. Room condition OK, but with some wear and tear. Bedroom blinds poor at blocking out outdoor hall lights. An issue for us was nighttime noise from a nearby bar and restaurant named Sha_____. There was loud live music and rowdy patrons until about midnight. Each morning at 5AM the trash truck for the restaurant would come. If not for the noise problem would have graded one star higher.
