It's a decent hotel with friendly staff. Room was clean and good sized. The carpet in the hallway could be replaced. Overall it was a safe and quiet area that was close to everything. It turned out to be a good stay. Would book this hotel again.

The floor looked horribly dirty. The toilet was broken and ran all of the time. The only reason why I chose this hotel was because HOTELS.COM said they had a gaming room which my 11 year old son was stoked about...THEY DID NOT! Then, to be woken in the middle of the night because the fire alarm went off. It was TERRIBLE. No one knew anything. I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone ever.

First room the carper in the hall was disgusting. Then I realized the door didnt latch. Switched rooms and layed on the bed for 10 mins and became very itchy. Left immediately and stayed at another hotel.

This is not a queen bed it is a full! They swear it’s a queen but it’s not! As a mother who needed a queen or larger I was very upset. The room in bathroom was leaking also . So I slipped and fell in bathroom and half my stuff got
Wet from floor. I could have passed away from hitting that tub from slipping on the water but it’s ok my shoulder got my fall! The breakfast didn’t have any eggs or things good

I was kept up until 1:25am during my stay by the sound of stomping above me.I notified the front desk who told me I’d have to wait until the manager came back and I was never updated.I won’t stay here again due to the lack of management

The hallway and rooms need some updating. Kind of worn down over time. Cleaning staff attempted to walk in to room at 9 am without knocking. Thankfully the safety latch caught the door before staff could walk in on me and my 3 daughters. (Supervisor was overheard training the new cleaning staff on proper procedures and reminding her to check with front desk about vacancies and to knock on the door first.) I was surprised the latch caught the door because it was hanging on by 3 very loose and stripped screws. Breakfast was ok. The pancake machine made it better. Beds were ok. Overall, the price matched the amenities.
