Quality Inn & Suites Gatlinburg North

Overall the property is old but kept nicely. It is clean all around the area including the pool. The rooms are a bit old but pretty good. However, the cleaning service is not good, they always brought clean towels and made the bed but never not once cleaned the floors! Come on the floors get dirty with going in and out of the rooms. I told that to the lady downstairs that and that no one had made our bed either and the room didn’t look clean at all and she supposedly had jotted down full clean the next day just to find out that it was the same no full clean at all. She apologized but I was already checking out. In addition breakfast was ok, typical continental breakfast. I wish they would have a bit more updated facilities and change the smell of the checkin office. It’s not the best smell. Not sure it its bear deterrent or something. After all of that its an ok hotel to stay for a few nights.

Well located

Great location near trolley stop. Loved the view off balcony. The beds were comfortable. The pool was nice on a hot day.

It was absolutely perfect

It was ok for the price but not the cleanest. We found a "hairball" in a towel, a bug in one of the beds, the outlets by the beds didn't work, and the breakfast was awful.

DO NOT STAY HERE. My room was absolutely infested with ants, centipedes, fleas and bes bugs. Noylt to mention the ac only half worked and the room itself was shabby. The only positive were the beds were comfortable. Listen to your nose when you walk into the office you are smacked with the smell of mold and cigarettes.

Very dated and poorly maintained property.

Front Office was not good, room were big but ok for one night or two.

I told myself I wouldn’t stay here again. But I did. Never again. When we walked in the smell took my breath.The whole stay there I had trouble breathing because of the smell.Dead bugs on floor. I used my swifter and it took 4 to 5 swifter sheets to get floor clean.The entrance door has such a big gap on the bottom that a snake,rat, or whatever could get through could come in our room. I was scared to sleep at night.They had little black ants on the bathroom floor.when it rained water came in from under the big gap on door.HORRIBLE

It’s a dump. Badly in need of maintenance. Paint, walls need patching, signage is bad. The lobby is a joke. Can’t believe we paid so much for this.

Stay couldn't have gotten any better!! Room was huge and fireplace was unexpected and I love everything about our stay!!

Building is old and not maintained well. Very risky area and terrifying because of easy access for bears.

Where do I begin? I know the entrance to the hotel is a death trap waiting to happen. The traffice to and from it is a nightmare, the leasing office which reeked of mildew and some other wet smelling odor. The lady at the desk was pleasant, we got a pet friendly room which i can only likened to staying at a kennel. Photos attached. The room was a blast from the early 70's cracks in the ceiling, everything dirty and the smell. The railings where broken, and there was some weird mold growing. This place is old, smelly, outdated and not to mention extremely noisy kids running up and down the halls all night, dogs barking, and the lovely ride across the road that announces directions all night. I had plan to stay from Friday until Monday . I left on Saturday been the noise, unsatisfactory accommodations, and the unbearable traffic. I will never be back. Not to this hotel, the hotel chain or the area of Gatlinburg, TN for that matter. Absolutely the worse. Upon leaving the staff says its up to the manager weather they will believe our complaints and issue a refund. I wont hold my breath.

Very clean, spacious, and excellent price for a beautiful location! I really enjoyed having a balcony.

Most people friendly first room was not to good the air conditioner was leaking all over we went to tell the front desk and he was very apologetic and got us another room that was exactly the same! Very nice room! Absolutely beautiful

Location good to attractions; breakfast had great variety.

Was a very nice place will stay again great breakfast. An was walkable to town.

Too old building, far from the downtown it wasn’t clean as I thought

Building is in a good location at edge of town. Making it a quiet area. However the building it’s self is way overdue for updates renovation. Personally I would not use this hotel again unless it gets remodeled. Staff was polite and courteous. Building was clean and provided breakfast was good.
