The hotel room is very nice and clean, right in the center. What I like most is that the hotel has a waiting room for guests to sit or lie down. I arrived at the hotel early in the morning but had a very comfortable rest. The owner is very cute and enthusiastic. The hotel room also has a free Netflix account. 10 points.

The service was enthusiastic and good. However, the only bad experience was that I booked a deluxe room. When I arrived, the hotel said that the room had a problem, so I was temporarily transferred to a hotel across the street. That hotel did not have an elevator and the room felt more like a homestay or motel than a hotel, but the room was still clean. But anyway, I was not able to stay at the hotel and the room I chose to book was not very good. I should have been informed in advance so I could find another hotel.

I booked a room and checked in at 3am, the hotel thought I wouldn't come and didn't call to ask in advance, let another guest stay in my room. When I arrived, the room was full and they transferred me to the motel next door. Too bad!!!

I booked a room on August 5. The room I booked was a large room with 2 beds. When I checked in, the receptionist told me that the guest in that room could not be contacted. So he pushed me into a small room. The room was very cramped. And he told me that when the guest returned, he would contact me as soon as possible. It wasn't until noon the next day. When I asked, I was moved to the 2-bed room that I had booked 2 weeks before. And on the day of check-out, I asked about how to handle it, and the receptionist told me that the difference between the 2 rooms was 30 thousand. 🙂. 2 years ago, I visited AP and I felt that the service was very good. Until this time I come back, I probably won't come again.

Great hotel. Near the center, you can walk to experience it, or the hotel also rents motorbikes. Staff were friendly and enthusiastic. The minus point is that the room is poorly soundproofed (but my family sleeps easily so it doesn't affect me much), and the bathroom light in my room is a bit dark. The rest has nothing to criticize. My family and I had a wonderful experience staying at Anh Phuong ❤️
