Friendly and enthusiastic staff. That day I arrived early to leave my backpack, it was not yet check-in time, the staff asked for my phone number and at 12 o'clock you called me back for early check-in. The room was fully equipped, the superior room I booked. Near the hotel there are many delicious restaurants within walking distance such as Bun bo Ba Tuyet, Gao coffee, Hem Hue, ... walking to the walking street is also close. Will come back next time if I have the opportunity to travel to Hue.

I went during the historic flood season, the homeowner was very attentive and called to ask about the situation all the time, supported me a lot, the room was spacious, the balcony was very chill, but the thing is, I went during the flood season, the floor was always damp, the dehumidifier couldn't keep it down, I will definitely come back to Hue and back to Banh In

The room quality is really good compared to the price. I love the vintage style of this homestay, full facilities, spacious toilet and bathroom. If I visit Hue, I will definitely come back. The only thing is that the homestay name outside is a bit vague, hard to find.

The room is spacious but the toilet and bathroom are too small and look cramped. It seems like the staff took money from the laundry. 2kg of clothes cost 100k, which is too expensive, so from the next day I brought it out myself, the price was 17k for 1kg. Before arriving, the staff said I could drink free filtered water from the fridge, but when paying, they still charged me.

The home is super close to the center, only about 2-3km from each attraction and restaurant. The home is clean, airy and supports quick check-in and check-out for guests. Highly recommend everyone to stay here. The price is also quite good. If I have the opportunity to come to Hue, I will definitely come back.

I booked room 4 on the top floor, it was quite hot, the air conditioning was almost non-existent Checking in late at night, the staff was not very enthusiastic Also, everyone who goes out, remember to bring valuable items with you, don't leave them in the room, it's not guaranteed!

I left something specifically a gold bracelet in my bag and left it at home. After going out, I discovered that it was missing. While I was not in the room, home had someone clean the room and I asked to check the camera, but only when cleaning the room did someone come in and out, but on the third day the trash (the fruit juice glasses I had finished drinking and left in the corner that were not thrown away) was still there from day 1. I asked the staff to check the camera and contacted the manager in the morning, but the manager only talked to me in the afternoon. Meanwhile, at 3:30 p.m. I needed to get on the bus back to Hanoi. Home was not responsible for the lost property in the room, but offered 2 solutions: - go to the ward to report to the police (because I was in a hurry to go back and I no longer had faith that I would find it if I went back and forth, so I ignored it) - Home would refund me the room for 2 days for about 600k, but my bracelet was more than 6 million, so I gave up because I felt it was not worth it. I'm sharing this here for everyone to consider when booking a room because I wasn't reminded about cleaning the room and when I returned, the room was still full of trash.
