The hotel is very friendly from the look. The receptionist is cute and enthusiastic with guests. It's been a long time since I visited Da Lat. The experience was only 1 night but very meaningful. The room was clean and fragrant. The hotel was very convenient. There was also a full breakfast. Near the city center. 10/10. The TV remote was a bit slow. Otherwise, there was nothing to complain about. Although it's 2 stars, the quality is very good, you should come and feel it.

For the price, the hotel is 9 points, the staff is very enthusiastic, sometimes when I re-enter the hotel, I don't see anyone but it's okay, I take the card to be sure, the room uses a magnetic card, the new elevator is clean, the room is neatly cleaned, quite airy because there is a window, the refrigerator is always on, which must help preserve food well, 2-star hotel but very ok, the bathroom is a bit moldy but not a problem, the bedroom is small but the smart design helps increase the usable area, the minus point is the wifi is a bit weak. Will come back if I have the chance. Thank you to the hotel for working so thoughtfully

Room was great, no AC since the area’s already cold but when I tried to turn the fan on, it didn’t work. Rented a motorbike from them (Full day, 150k VND) but they kept my passport as collateral? 😐 Overall okay if you’re on a quick trip.

Hello Ms Sophia, abt the fan we have a fan's switch in the light switch area. If pulling the fan cord it doesn't work, just turn on that switch. Because we didn't hear any request from you, my receptionist doesn't know to show you. Not only foreign guest, domestic one also, we require 1 ID card or PP to ensure because the value of the motobile is quiet large and another moto rental services do the same. Hope you sympathy us abt this. Thank you for choosing Duy Vinh for your trip.

I stayed here twice and was satisfied both times. There are many restaurants nearby for those who are lazy to go far to find food. The receptionist is friendly. The room is clean. The TV is a bit old and the screen has some errors but it is still ok.

The room is a bit small, not enough space for me to open my suitcase, not very soundproof but it's okay, but at night, smoking outside makes the room smell. In return, the central location, surrounded by many restaurants and eateries is quite convenient, the room is generally quite clean and fragrant

Dear customer, we have a luggage rack in each room for you. You can put your suitcase up there and open it comfortably. Regarding smoking, we will remind customers more because the hotel has a separate smoking area, but sometimes some guests still smoke in the hallway. We hope you understand.

The staff is lovely and enthusiastic, the room is clean, has a TV, mini fridge, hot water, with that price in the center of Dalat, it is quite worth experiencing. However, the soundproofing of the room is a bit poor, you can hear everything in the hallway, the room is a bit small but okay, the blanket and mattress are a bit itchy. 7/10 small

The hotel room is as pictured, but there are some torn walls The water tank heats up quickly, which is quite convenient for the cold weather in Da Lat The friendly and cute staff supported us, even though we went cloud hunting in the morning, they still opened the door for us to go They also opened the door early for my friend who arrived early to stay There is a small toilet so that when we arrived early, we could wash our faces, which was very convenient

Our group of 4 stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. There was nothing to say about the cleanliness. We asked for cleaning and the staff did clean. But the worst experience was when my roommate lost something. It was just a bag of roses that he bought as a gift and nothing of value was lost. Out of 6 bags, only 1 was lost. And when we told the manager, he insisted on the staff's character. So did we accuse him wrongly? I give up!

Yes, we have texted you to clearly inform you, please give us your gmail address so we can send you the camera footage from the time the room was cleaned until the cleaning was done and when we left, we did not take any of the guests' belongings out. We must have clear evidence to work, we cannot suspect anyone without reason. I sell dried roses in bulk, no one will take them for anything. Thank you.

Yes, sir, we always put shampoo, shower gel, comb, and toothbrush in the plastic basket under the sink cabinet. We don't use the 2 boxes on the wall anymore. If you don't see them next time, you can call our receptionist for immediate support.

Reasonable price for a hotel near the center. Clean rooms. The view is not very nice, so those who need a view can consider it. I travel a lot so I find it very OK. No air conditioning, hot water. The room is soundproof. Will come back next time.

Sister, as I explained clearly to the customer, please book a room for me. The customer still confirmed that everything in the room is ok & clean. As for the toilet drain problem, this is due to the city's sewer system, not our side. DL is currently in the rainy season, so the streets are flooded, leading to the sewer smell only for a short period of time during the day, not always. So I sympathize with this, no one wants to be in trouble.
