Outstanding service, nice rooms in a beautiful setting, and delicious breakfast. Highly recommend this place for a great stay in Hoi An.

The property is great and has a very nice pool and breakfast. The staff members are absolutely amazing and the best. I stayed for a month and enjoyed the property.

I stayed Riverside for 3 nights then Beachside for 2 nights and which were twice the price. Now in this fantastic villa. Seriously you would be mad not to stay at East West villas if you need a quite peaceful place to enjoy . Individual cooked breakfast as well rather than cold buffet at other places .So many food choices walking distance also .The Pool is also great and the staff so friendly and helpful . Sounds like I’m in the payroll but I’m not . For under $50 a room it’s sensational .

We absolutely loved our stay here. All the staff were so welcoming and kind throughout our stay. The breakfast was great and we were able to use their free bikes to cycle around old town. It's nice that it's a little bit out as old town itself gets horribly busy in the evenings. We were given so many recommendations and they organised a cooking tour for us which was fantastic. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to Hoi An!

This property is a haven from the busy Cua Dai road where it is located. The pool is set amidst tropical vegetation which is carefully tended on a daily basis. Fallen leaves / petals are immediately swept away. This area served as an 'away office' for me. The staff were always attentive and helpful. The food is as good as any you will find in the surrounding or major restaurants in town. Can highly recommend. NB I would recommend use of rubber 'flip fops' on the bathroom as the stones on the floor can get very slippery.

An absolutely delightful place to stay. The rooms are superb, the staff are so friendly and helpful and the pool and gardens are divine. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and this is a place that I will definitely return to.

Perfect place to stay in Hoi An. Staff very friendly and help with any requests. Excellent location for town and beach. Free bike hire was brilliant. Excellent breakfast served whenever and wherever you wanted. 5 star!!!

My wife and I booked this hotel for our anniversary celebration and were very impressed by the villa we were given. It was decorated immaculately and looked better in real life than in the pictures on their website. The entrance to the hotel is nothing special but once you step into the pool area and courtyard it is like stepping into a tropical paradise (with a pool), there were tall trees, flower gardens, birds and more. The surprising thing was the tranquility and quite you get when you are inside the courtyard even though the entrance is right on the high street. The breakfast was exquisite with a comprehensive mix of western and Asian items to choose from... oh and you can even choose to have it in your room at no extra charge... WIN WIN!!! You also get free bicycles to use during your stay so we pretty much cycled everywhere whilst in Hoi An. Needless to say my wife and I had an amazing time there and wished we could stay longer. Highly recommended.!!!

My husband and I stayed at East West Villa for 4 nights. We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious and modern our room was. My favorite was definitely the bath tub! I took a bath every evening after a day of sightseeing. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful, and they even packed us breakfast when we had to leave early on our last day. The location of the hotel is pretty good. Or in the middle of town, but it’s easy to grab a taxi or ride a bike. We loved our stay, and will be back for sure!

Very welcoming yet unobtrusive staff in a medium size boutique hotel. Lovely breakfast taken in tropical garden by the pool. Rooms are spacious and we were offered a more suitable room for our child. Staff provided excellent advice on local restaurants and attractions. Free bicycles and a 15-20 minutes bike ride into old town. 5 minutes taxi ride for USD 2.50 to old town.

We originally booked this hotel for 4 nights and ended up staying for 10. It's like a home away from home. The room is huge and spotlessly clean. The pool is lovely and a great place to cool down and chat to other guests. The service from beautiful staff is 5 star - personal, friendly, accomodating. I honestly can't say enough about how wonderful it has been.

my third time in last three years, always a great experience. large well lit rooms, with lot of greenery around.

Stayed here a week and had an amazing time. The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful even going to the trouble of changing my fight time for me. The hotel is about 2.5km from the old town but there are free bikes for you to use to get out and about. The hotel has beautiful gardens and a gorgeous swimming pool. The pool area has plenty of shade making sitting out there very pleasant. My room was amazing (I was upgraded), it was spacious and luxurious. The bed was credibly comfortable and there was a lolly sitting area and sumptuous bathroom. There was also tea/coffee making facilities a good sized safe and cable to with a lot of channels. Breakfast was simple but substantial and freshly made. You ordered the evening before and chose the time and where you wanted to take it - your ro, the pool area or the small restaurant area. This hotel really made my stay in Hoi An special and without doubt, I would stay here again and ot hesitate to recommend.
