The room is not closed (toilets are separate outside).
The equipment was too sketchy, the cup did not have any water and the wardrobe was not!

Extremely bad service attitude! Committing that the following reviews are absolutely true, you can also consult other reviewers about Hoang New hotel. 1. Upon entering, there was a North man who came to meet with his style of bare shorts and a mirror. Scowl? 2. Guests booking a bed, then bring a 3-bed room with the reason that the room is out and prohibit guests from touching the remaining 2 beds. When the step up, is the entire room 1 bed empty? 3. Arbitrarily enter the guest room to turn off the electricity for reasons of saving electricity? (Even though the guests go to breakfast for 15p and come back) they have not lost anything yet. Instead of greeting the guests, did he ask to turn off all the electricity? 4. The bottle of water in the refrigerator is an old water bottle that only poured more water and does not know where the source of water is poured from? Still charged 5k / 1 bottle 5. In the room there is no toilet, the hotel owner has a daughter with psychological problems should occupy that toilet for an hour. Ok fine 6. The 22:30 tourist city hotel is closed and after 23pm the hotel does not wait for the door. Did you keep the guests outside? Around there are dozens of hundreds of hotels with many choices. Hope you make the right choice, but you never come back.

I have already booked a room, but when I come to the end, the room will be moved to another room, which is not the same as the booked room, and after a few days when we are not in the check-out room, we take the luggage out automatically.
