Good hotel nice location perfect service.
The negative side was a very noise air conditioning . Windows had not sound isolation as well and we were waking up every day at 6 am because of the morning songs of locals beneath the hotel .
Beside this the room was smelly.

Location was fantastic, it’s on the Main Street and a couples steps over to the beach on the other side as long as you can dodge the cars.
The interior of the hotel is designed like a 5 star resort, all the decor is up to date and resembles a high end hotel in Vegas/Hawaii. The gym had all new equipment and even had lockers available. Steam room and sauna were available but only after 4pm.
The staff is very attentive, from the bell boy to the front desk, you were alway able to find someone to help.
The only missing piece is a pickleball court, once the hype spreads to VN, I believe all 5 star resorts will have a couple courts.

The staff here was absolutely amazing. Huy was excellent during check in and check out. Everyone at the club lounge was lovely, as well as all the pool attendants. Service was the real star of the stay!
