8歳、13歳と私の3人旅でコンドミニアムタイプを探しており、こちらにお世話になりました。毎晩飲み歩くわけではないので、ローカルなお店も多いこのエリアは最高の立地でした。建物の一階にはコンビニもあり、便利でした。車寄せがあったので、グラブを利用する際も安全に乗り降りでき、次回もここにお世話になりたいです。オーナーがリアルなおすすめを教えてくれたのは、ホテルのコンシェルジュより有益でした！

The location was very convenient with a 7-Eleven, pharmacy, and a restaurant downstairs. Nice views from the room, and everything in the room was comfortable. There was even a washing machine, a microwave, and a small range to cook on. The hotel is just across the river from some of the more popular districts, but I found it easy to walk or take a cab there within a few minutes. Please note that you have the contact the host once you book, and she will provide you check in information through WhatsApp. Do this before your trip to avoid any mishap. Once I got in contact with the host, she was very responsive and flexible. I would stay here again.

I booked a room at Rivergate for more than 1 million/day but she told me there were no rooms left so she transferred me to the Milennium building opposite. Ok, I was very happy to change but when I checked in, the interior looked like it was brought from somewhere else and put there temporarily, even worse than hotels that cost 500-600k. There wasn't even a bottle of mineral water in the room while I rented it for 2 days. I texted her to change the room for me but she only said "why?"😊once and never again.

Good place to stay in Ho Chi Minh. Room was OK but the only thing I didn't like was the bed (seemed rough) because it gave my wife shoulders pain. But overall it was good. I'll stay here again soon.

Good location, good apartment service, highly recommend this apartment, the staff named Thao is very fast but has suggested that I rent for many days so please 1 day instead of my own towels and towels for rent 6 days but only changing towels for the first time then complain every day instead of new complaints. Although I know this is an apartment, it is the same for 1 day or 6 days. Just like that.
