Good location and accessibility to places within Ho Chi Minh City. Good access to amenities (i.e. washing machine, iron, etc) Host was polite, welcoming and displayed very good communication through assisting us with any of our queries. Overall, it is a solid and reliable accommodation which is good value for money.

It was a studio apartment. There is no check in, you wait outside the building for a guy to let you in. The location was very good, close to the busy areas but still quiet and with a great view.

On arrival at first a bit confusing but after we where able to make contact everything went very smooth.Room is decent size city view was obstructed by high rise across the street but still interesting.Pool is very nice but closed on Monday for cleaning communication was answered in less then 10 minutes overall pleasant stay 1-2 km ride by grub to most things to see and do .

The apartment we stayed in was clean and well-prepared upon arrival. The furniture might not be brand new but was comfortable and practical. We booked a 3-bedroom apartment and found it spacious and bright, exactly what we needed for our group. The beds were comfortable and kitchen was well-equipped.

It was a comfortable stay and the wifi was good for remote working. The host was good with communication. A few things let it down, upon arrival we had booked an upgraded studio, the photos didn’t match what we had booked. The cutlery was dirty, the pans and glasses were dirty. There was water leaking from next to the toilet but this could’ve been the sink or the Biday. It felt a lot smaller than what we had booked - it matched the photos of a standard studio rather than the ‘style’ or ‘executive’ studio. We communicated this to the host who did the following day move us rooms to what I believe was what we originally booked. However small details again made the cleanliness feel off. The kitchen equipment provided is poor. There is no towel to dry up, we were given one very small glass between us. The sofa cushions were dirty, the walls need a repaint and it all felt like it needed a good revamp and a proper clean, with new furniture. We asked for housekeeping on one day which never showed up, the host was apologetic and provided house keeping the next day. For a self contained studio it really needs a dustpan and brush, and more kitchen equipment. To use the pool you have to message the host which is frustrating but I can understand from the perspective of people who live in the other apartments that, that policy is fair, however the pool is incredibly busy and has 6 sun loungers although it is used by two massive apartment blocks with hundreds if not thousands of residents.

Room is very comfortable and nice view, quiet place to stay. The only thing is AC is leaking water .

Apartment not exactly like the photos, but still a good apartment. Check in process was okay, fairly efficient. 2 annoying things, firstly to use the pool you get stopped my security to log your room number, for some reason our room was not on the list had to wait for host to come down to authorise us. And wifi wasn’t the best quality, dropped out a number of times

I had an excellent experience staying at this apartment hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. The room was modern, clean, and fully equipped. The highlight was definitely free upgrade to the beautiful river view from the window – peaceful and perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or evening sunset. The staff were friendly, polite, and always helpful, making check-in and everything else smooth and easy. The location is very convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and attractions, but still quiet enough to unwind. The swimming pool was a great bonus – clean, and perfect for cooling off after a day in the city. For such a reasonable price, this place offers amazing value. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Saigon!

Hosts were waiting to greet us and showed us our room. Room was a little smaller than I expected but was everything we needed for a 1 night stay. Couldn’t fit two suitcases in our room but living area was nice and big so could easily fit it out there instead. Beds and pillows quite firm. Amazing views, but even from so high up could still hear the traffic at times. Spacious bathrooms. Only thing was if you wanted to use the pool you had to message the hosts to be registered. Wasn’t a problem for our 1 night stay but might be a little inconvenient if you were there longer.

Enjoyed our stay here. The hosts were welcoming and easy to reach whenever we had questions, and check-in was simple. The room was clean and comfortable, with good air conditioniner. The location was perfect for exploring the area, with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. We felt safe and at home and would definitely stay here again

Hosts were very communicative at first but during the visit took a while to communicate. Room was decent, air condition didn’t work in one room and requests for extra towels took very long.

I had a very good experience during my stay here. I booked a non-smoking room, and my room was clean with no smoke smell at all. The utensils in the kitchen were not new, but they were clean and fully functional for daily use, which I appreciated for the price. The he staff polite and clear with their instructions, and they made me feel safe during my stay. I needed help with directions and they were willing to assist me. The lobby space can be limited, but the staff informed me clearly about their policy in advance, and they helped me move my luggage outside efficiently, even offering to help me call a taxi while it was raining.

Thank you Vietnam and the friendly host for this vacation. Everything was perfect, my family and I had a great experience here. The swimming pool is clean, airy and spacious, you need to check in to get in. Although it is a bit complicated, I feel more secure. The room space here is very clean, cleaned when I arrived. Even when I needed more towels and other items in the middle of the night, they always supported 24/7. What I like most is the view from my room, very beautiful in the evening. Reasonable price, I will come back next time
