My family and i loved this resort. We went during low season and it was fairly quiet and peaceful. It's a very clean resort, excellent spa and customer service. The gym is well equipped with dumbbells, barbells and even a bench press machine and a smith machine. The rooms are beautiful and spacious with separate toilet and shower rooms. The beach had dynamic waves with soft sands. Highly reccomend if you want a peaceful vacation without leaving the resort. Overall one of the best resorts I've been too! Will re-visit again.

The first day was very disappointing, the receptionist glared at the guests with a very bad attitude 😲only prioritized Western guests, Vietnamese guests didn't care. They made us wait for a long time for a room, the shuttle bus prioritized foreigners, brought suitcases to the room, but not Vietnamese guests. Probably greedy for tips, the restaurant's food was expensive but the food was worse than street food, stir-fried squid with onions, all onions, had to dive a lot to find squid, the sour soup was so bad that there were only 3 tiny pieces of fish but all fat, the soup was fishy and bland. In general, it was just the first day but the experience was so bad. There will never be a next time 👎

Last year I came here, the room and service were clean, I was very satisfied. But this year the toilets were not as clean as expected, I hope the resort will pay more attention. Because my family really likes to go to Doc Let, I hope TTC will always maintain good cleaning service like my first experience.

The short-haired receptionist and the senior manager were very nice in handling my booking. Here are my experiences with the room 1) I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights but had to call twice for room service to clean 2) Even though the bathroom had a closed door, the water still spilled out 3) I called for luggage check-out assistance but there was no one The other problem is that Vietnamese people are very noisy, I imagine a 5-star hotel but the guests are only 2-star

I took the experience bus to the resort, and the following problems occurred Few shuttle buses, guests walked from the outer gate to the reception hall. Halfway there, there was an electric shuttle bus, driven by staff. It passed us by, without stopping, without a single request to ask if the guests' luggage was heavy or not. It treated us like air. It took more than 10 hours to get to Doc Let and had to experience the first day like that, we were not very happy for the whole day The same thing happened when we returned, there was no shuttle bus to the big gate outside. When I asked, they said the Dsang bus was busy taking other guests inside from the room to check out. But no staff mentioned that there was a shuttle bus from the room to check out, I also walked from the room to the check out counter. Talking to guests but still using the phone. The staff's demeanor was really unspeakable. The spa is ok, the food is delicious. Plus points Hope they improve

My family and I had a wonderful vacation here, the great points according to my family's personal assessment are: - Beautiful location, a very beautiful Doc Let beach, gentle sea, clean and wonderful swimming - The hotel room is spacious, reasonably arranged, the room view and the whole landscape of the resort are very beautiful and reasonable - About the food at the resort: buffet breakfast with a variety of dishes, very delicious, clean - My family had dinner outside at a seafood restaurant that locals often eat, 7km from the resort, the food was very delicious - this is also a personal suggestion There is still one minus point which is the room cleaning. My family stayed for 3 days and 2 nights, but the room cleaning felt not thorough and clean, this is a point to suggest to the management.
