The hotel is very comfortable and thoughtful. Near the center, the staff are very enthusiastic and friendly (Tram, Ngoc and Erik). I have a note on a high floor and the hotel actually assigned me a room on the top floor. Clean swimming pool, delicious breakfast buffet. The deluxe room has a luxurious bathtub, the price is unbeatable. Next time will still stay here

Beautiful new hotel, with car parking, enthusiastic and friendly staff, booking on the app gets free laundry. Delicious breakfast buffet. Receptionist Tran Luc Truc enthusiastically helps his family

Had a wonderful experience in Xavia: everything here from the decoration, the bedroom, the swimming pool and the service of the staff who wholeheartedly supported my trip to Nha Trang was wonderful, the location is very good. worth going back.

The hotel has a nice view, a large, comfortable lobby, clean rooms, quite complete equipment. I booked a premier room and was upgraded to a suite for free. Staff were friendly and enthusiastic. However, the soundproofing is a bit poor, the elevator is very crowded around 7-8 am, having to wait for a long time

Pretty good experience. However, unfortunately, I lost my room card and spent 200k to pay the fee. Everything is good but the glass is not very clean that's the only minus

- The hotel swimming pool does not have a heating system, it is extremely cold. A lot of chlorine really stings the eyes. No swimwear for babies. should invest more. - The hotel is below Binh Binh intersection, so car horns are very noisy, and the room's soundproofing is also poor. - The food is truly the least diverse ever. My husband and I eat very easily, but after sitting for about 20 minutes, we have to leave, but the food is very little. Advantages: Security guards and baggage handlers are extremely enthusiastic. The waiting room is spacious and cool. There is a handwritten welcome letter and free fruit.

Large room. Nice view. The staffs are very friendly. TV has few channels so nothing to watch. Should upgrade Smart Tv so that visitors who hit the rainy day like me have entertainment

Spacious room. Moderate price. Nice view. It's only a pity that the 3 days I was here were heavy rain. The staffs are very nice and enthusiastic. The hotel should upgrade the TV because there is nothing to watch 😅. Besides that, I feel very good. Will definitely be back.
