We appreciated that the lobby and dining areas were being renovated which marred our breakfast experience. However the staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful. A false fire alarm also left its mark.

Was under construction...dirty in hallways and elevators...rocks in outside doors holding them open making premises unsafe in my opinion...no ice on any floor...advertised breakfast was a joke in a makeshift room with limited variety...

Good location, just off highway

Quiet, convient stay, unfortunately the hotel is getting renovation so some areas were unavailable and breakfast was given but because of the 1st floor renovation the options were limited.

The holiday was undergoing renovations so it was kind of a mess. The ice machine on our floor didn’t work, the drinking fountain didn’t work. There was no breakfast area/lobby so there was a makeshift breakfast bar setup in a room. The grab & go options were terrible. I don’t eat gluten & the only option for me was fresh fruit. There was no protein without gluten &/or sugar. I had to go to Walmart & buy some food options for myself. Luckily we had a fridge & microwave in our room.

The first Hitel I have ever been in and they don’t have a phone in the room, No curtains on the windows so the parking lot lights kept me up all night. I would at least expect a coffee pot in the room. That would have been nice since I couldn’t sleep.

Clean and quiet.

It is completely torn up with construction. Travelocity should mention that.

They were doing renovations to the property as we checked in, so the pool and hottub were closed. The breakfast was in a storage room, there were no ice machines working, no coffee in rooms. The coffee was in front of the front desk. I know it wasnt the staffs fault but if your going to renovate a property then maybe you should tell the person acquiring a room that the amenities that you went there for are closed, then you could go somewhere else.
