Complimentary orange juice, mango juice, tea, coffee, muffins and cake slices in the hotel lobby. Helpful and friendly receptionist / concierge staff Minus: Elevator is very small, carrying big luggage inside the elevator was difficult. Hotel room and the bathroom rather small. Complimentary water bottles in the hotel room was not refilled every day
