It was clean and comfortable. The back master bedroom I stayed in had no heat. Everything else was great!

The inside was so clean and spacious. However I have been eaten up by mosquitoes any time I leave the unit. Or when I am asleep because every morning I wake up with several bites all over my body .

This is a beautiful that adequately fit our family of 5 with plenty of room to spread out. The location is great! We loved the pool and the hot tub with the river flowing in the background. We would definitely go back!

We liked that the property was nicely set into the forestry, and the room was a great size for our family with beds for everyone. It was a fantastic experience.

Property was clean, plenty of space for 2 adults, 3 kids. No a/c, which was not a surprise, but the west facing windows made the room like and oven (90 degrees in room) in late afternoon. We left windows open, but there was construction noise outside all night, so it wasn’t a great solution. Also, the beds were rock hard. No one slept comfortably.

very clean. Loved staying in a condo versus a hotel. Place was very large and accommodated our family. Would have been nice to have AC, as it got hot during our stay and nice to have provided fans, but main room still very hot, even at night with fans sucking in cooler outside air. Would stay here again

Well kept condo and beautiful veiws/scenery. Can't go wrong with a mountain stay in CO during the fall. I wish the TV remotes worked...not easy at all to use. Other than that, highly recommended.

It was a very nice condo. It was very roomy and had comfortable furnishings. Because it was on the top floor, the ceilings were vaulted providing even more room. You could walk across the street and parking lot (about 10 min) to catch the bus up to Beaver Creek. The condo had big window looking toward the Eagle river, which ran behind the property.

Excellent facility/complex/ location. Only negatives- main family room tv did not work; beds very short, no hot tub on entire complex, which was strange considering its a ski facility. But heated garage was also superb.

Avon Village has multiple locations. We stayed in a unit at the Lodge at Brookside. Unit was great, but check in was a pain. We found the lodge, but there was no place to check in. The location provided by hotels.com sent us to The Seasons hotel, where we were not staying. Fortunately, the guy at the front desk had experienced this situation before and knew who to call and where to send us. We found the check in location just inside the gates at the entrance to the road leading to Beaver Creek.

Avon is beautiful (return trip for us). Condo provided a nice mountain view. For us, the immediate and main problem was the room configuration. The description cited THREE beds, and a fold-out couch (see the pictures on your website). Unfortunately, when we arrived, our room had only two beds, plus the fold-out couch. I tried to handle it at the hotel-level first - but they tried to suggest to me that the fold-out couch WAS the third bed. That didn't fit the description of this property on H.com website, so I called you (Hotels.com). The CS agent was gracious and helpful throughout the call. This situation was not her fault - but she tried to help. This problem is between the hotel property and H.com. To me, it is a classic bait and switch! They described one room, and provided another. The hotel management was cold and unaccommodating of our concern. The CS agent did all she could - but at the end of the day, this is a policy issue. There also is no A/C (my fault for not checking for that prior to booking). A ceiling fan would greatly help this. Rooms are hot and don't really cool down until late evening (box fans). The master bed seemed comfortable at first - but there were two significant ruts that proved to be uncomfortable over time. My daughter found dog-hair in the other bed - gross! This is a great hotel if you're an early riser - trash pickup (really loud and prolonged) occurs on both Tuesday and Thursday (Saturday too?) ... at 7AM!
