It was just okay but not great. Room was tight. If sitting at desk not enough space to walk behind bef

Pool was nice and warm. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was stocked well and was expected for a continental breakfast. Hotel staff suggested a shuttle survice to starlake amphitheater which was great. Tv didnt work in room and was never fixed or addressed, room smelled musty, hallway smelled of Marijuana.

The location was great, the room was okay, the mattress sucked. The staff was friendly and helpful. We frequently use Comfort Inn but that may change. Overall our stay was oaky, but we have become use to much more.

The Ridge Runners transportation was amazing and the best option for us. Barb and Margie were both so kind and made our night! Definitely will come back if we come to another concert!

Our room was not ready upon arrival and we did not get the room that we originally paid for. Also, the air conditioning only worked on half of the vent and when we spoke with the front desk, she said that there were no rooms available and that there was nothing she could do.

The sheets were so thin you could see thru them. Room did not feel clean.

Bed was super comfy. Front desk reception on check in was great.

Check-in was ok, they wanted a 250.00 deposit for paying cash which was unexpected. Housekeeping was knocking on my door at 9:30 am asking if i was leaving....a bit rude. And they also stop serving breakfast at 9. Pretty dumb.

This was a good place to stay for a quick overnight. Bed was comfortable and the room was spacious for one person.

The front desk staff was excellent. The breakfast was okay. Waffles were good. Had options. It was free. Room was average. Nothing special, but did the job.

It was just okay. Hotel is older, fairly clean. Room smelled of faint cigarette smoke even though the rooms are to be smoke free.

Do NOT stay here. Used toothpaste in with the new. Rude customer service. No food for breakfast as everything was out at 8:30am. Tables were dirty and sticky. Let the lady at the front desk know how poor the condition of the breakfast area was and she just stated that was April’s problem and not hers. Do yourself a favor and avoid at all cost.

We booked a room with a large jetted tub in it which was nice when we got back to the room after our concert was also convenient to have breakfast the next morning not a lot to choose from but what was available wasn’t bad

I was shocked by this hotel stay…the rooms were very dirty, the entire hotel smells like an ashtray and a 1 night stay was 200.00$ that’s crazy! It seems very obvious that you price gouge due to the concert venue and do not come close to offering a clean comfortable stay.
