Great time at a great hotel. Always a good stay here.

We felt like being home at this property. The staff was super friendly. The renovations they have done so far are perfect. Relaxing area with games, large indoor hot tub, sauna, etc. Loved the full kitchen in our room and plenty of space.

Excellent. Will stay here again. Quiet. Hot tub was fantastic. Shuttle driver took me to Main Street and saved me an Uber fair. Great price and very comfortable.

Friendly front desk staff, very clean and great location

The best part about staying at Park Plaza was the customer service. Everyone I dealt with was helpful and responsive. They offer a complimentary shuttle to the ski resorts on demand. The room has all the amenities for cooking, but they do not offer breakfast in the morning. Free parking is in an underground garage, which is safe and out of the elements, but if you have car roof storage, you might want to check fit.

Great place newly remodeled and clean. Super friendly staff, shuttle to Park City Mountain and Deer Valley. Great jacuzzi and outside gas grill. Would stay again. Highly recommended!

Great Value

The room directly above us was being cleaned and repaired. They were constantly moving ALL NIGHT. They didn’t stop from 10:00 pm- 10:00 am and we could not sleep at all.

Everything was great

Had a last minute stay in a studio room. It was clean, modern and had everything we needed. We had a very large vehicle and there was always plenty of underground parking available. We didn’t use any of the amenities but the hot tub and games looked great! I would have no issue staying here again.

Really nice and close to main st

Front desk was not helpful, There is no housekeeping, Only once a week, there was a small cockroach in my room which is odd in a freezing mountain, so that speaks to the cleanness of the property.

Water pressure in the shower was very low, and it took about 10 mins to get warm enough to shower in. Room is clear but feels a little like a low-star Best Western. I hope the owners can find some ways to invest in the property to make it cleaner and a little more upscale. I was on a business trip and won't be staying here on my return trips.
