The room was just ok. Old and had a musty smell. We booked for 4 nights and had to be moved twice because the air conditioning did not work., eventually it did get fixed. The bed in the fist room we slept in was on an angle so we put pillows under the mattress to keep from rolling on one side. The bathroom was not very clean.the only great part was the staff . They did there best.

Generally the location is very good, close to metro station, staff very friendly and ready to help with anything. If you looking for place to stay with reasonable price I would highly recommend.

The staff was absolutely wonderful. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. Unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by a serious issue with the air conditioning in my room. It was extremely loud, making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. There was no technician available during my stay, so the problem could not be resolved, which was really disappointing. As a result, I was not able to enjoy my time there as much as I had hoped.

Amazing place, friendly people. Highly recommend. The metro was so close, and found some very delicious places to have a quick breakfast or dinner. Big space, and a place to do laundry. Will recommend to friends. Thank you

pros: very close to metro station, grocery stores and bakeries close by for food. restaurants are on the pricier side. Room had kitchenette, fridge w/freezer, air con that worked great. Bed was small (european twin) and firm but comfortable. pillows soft and flat. coffee machine in reception had many options including hot chocolate. Woman working breakfast area was very nice and let us make a coffee after we had exhausted in-room coffee supply (2 espresso pods, sugar, no creamer) cons: metro at this station is often jam packed due to being close to a fork in the metro route and seems to be central for rush hour, though trains arrive relatively often (3-9 minutes). streets are not the best smelling. shower/tub was slippery with no mat on the bottom. cutting board in kitchenette was warped and no sponge was provided for washing dishes. dish soap was scentless, wasn’t sure if it was dish or hand soap at first. There was only a plug outlet beside one bed and not the other, though plenty others throughout the room.

Good location in close-in suburb with metro station less than a block away, and grocery stores and restaurants in the neighborhood. Fairly spacious room by Paris standards. Kitchenette was a plus, but no dishwasher and the utensils etc. were a bit difficult to access. We were told we would get a VIP bonus (free breakfast) but hotel did not have that in their records. It was resolved with excellent and polite help from the front desk. Breakfast was acceptable without being exceptional. Overall a good value for the price!

The property is close to the metro so easy to get around and above a supermarket. Check in took a while as the man was on the phone. We were told breakfast was included, which it wasn’t. The room was clean but the smell of cigarettes was overwhelming even with the window open.

Front desk staff Lisette is extreme friendly and helpful and very patience with directions and all our questions. Bathtub is dangerous for seniors. Breakfast is decently good. Metro is right around the corner and few grocery stores around the property. Room need update

Appart’City Paris Clichy-Marie This place was recommended to us by a friend who had stayed there for only a couple of days back in August. It was a fabulous recommendation. It is a small place, which (in my humble opinion) makes it better. At our arrival Delphine was in charge of our check-in. She was fast and friendly and explained to us the difference between this place and a ‘regular’ hotel. Since it was a little before check-in time when we arrived, it was a pleasant surprise to learn that our room was ready. But honestly, we would have been happy to just leave our suitcases at the reception. It was another great surprise when we entered the room, and everything was clean. Cleaner than some hotels we have stayed in the USA. The fact that the floor is not carpet, makes it much better. The shower is small, and there the toilet was in a separate little room, which was great since we are a family of three. The room is stated to house up to four guests. Our room had 4 separate closets. This was another pleasant surprise. The kitchenet is equipped with microwave oven, refrigerator, some pots, pans, bowls dishes, glasses, cutlery, a pod coffee maker, an electric teapot. Breakfast was really good. Milad was (most of the days we stayed) in charge of the food and the control of what rooms had had their breakfast. He was also great. The pain au chocolate was our favorite. As well as the juice and the mini-waffles. Delphine, Lisette, Milad and the rest of the crew, were great.

Place is ok. Breakfast was good but the same every day. The electric stove top didn’t work on my room. So, I didn’t use it. It had a sink but no kitchen sponge, towels, nor dishwasher soap. Out of the 5 or 6 people we’ve met at the reception, only 2 were very nice and showed that they care about our needs. Location was great! It was clean.

As the desk agent began to wrap up my check-in, he proceeded to stand up. Mind you, this is a very small narrow desk and the reception area is tight on space. The next man in line was basically shoulder to shoulder with me, not behind me, next to me, and this agent’s voice already carries. He blurts out my room number and leans over to simultaneously write it down, actually leaning past me, where the card is in between me and the gentleman next to me, in clear view of all of us. In shock, I plainly asked that since he blurted it out and wrote it down in front of the gentlemen next to me to please give me another room number, written down, but not in front of the other gentlemen. He proceeds to give me another key card cover, without the room number, but says that he can’t change my room. I go upstairs to sort out the details with Expedia and immediately head back down, return his key card, and check into a Hilton hotel for the night. Being that I’ve worked in customer service for over a decade, I tend to refrain from posting negative reviews, as I know how it can jeopardize how the business is viewed, but this is a very serious matter. Feeling protected, especially as a solo female traveler, is of the upmost importance when we are choosing accommodations. I am posting this in the hopes that it will catch the attention of management and that this particular representative will be coached in how to protect future guests, especially females, in the hotel.

Spacious apartment. This makes the stay in Paris. Cause most of the options around town are real small rooms. This ap with spacious kitchenette and good shower worth the fistance from city center only for that. Also the breakfast was very good. Fresh and wellmade food and nive brand options for yoir forst meal. The cappuccino from the machine is great! Location is good for being really close to Metro station, but the neighborhood is not pretty and not many good options if you are looking for fine dinning. Anyway, everyone on the streets seamed very kind.
