I just had an extremely terrible experience from the owner of this resort! Today I came to check-in. During the check-in process, I noticed that the room facilities did not match what was booked on Traveloka. So I asked the receptionist about it. The receptionist handled it by asking me to contact Traveloka to resolve it, and if Traveloka agrees, I would be able to change rooms. Not stopping there, while I was dealing with my case with the receptionist, two security guards of this place started fighting, one of them showing signs of intoxication and I observed the intoxicated security guard fighting there, receiving the night shift schedule is tonight we stay! So my approach was to contact the hotel hotline to report this unsafe situation. Then the salesperson said to call the owner! He only gave the name Nguyen Thanh Yen to call me with an apology but not you guys continuing, the owner said to us that they have apologized for the unfortunate incident already and if we can't stay, then repaid and leave. Can you please tell me if the UNFORTUNATE incident that this owner mentioned in the call means he has an obligation to deal with the staff about the incident? Is there any resort service with such an attitude and behavior towards customers! Very very bad! Please stop giving good reviews for this place. Within a month, there are 2-3 reviews about the attitude of the owner who cannot manage the service and staff. Terrible!
