Convenient location, quick check in-check out, a decent breakfast and clean hotel.

Has all the essentials, and would def stay here again!

Quick stay before a cruise. Clean, comfortable beds. Breakfast included. Nice shower. Dinner next door at Marriott Hotel was easy. Walking distance to Walgreens, banks, fast food. Elevators slow in morning so plan accordingly when you leave.

It was conveniently located and for the money was what was expected. There are so many options in Miami with so much character and class, next time we will do something different.

Excellent, well maintained

I expected this hotel to be top tier based on the other reviews! Honestly, it’s cool. Convenient to say the least. No too far from the shopping center. Like a 10 minute walk. Lots of food places. Location is definitely good. Don’t get me wrong, the hotel isn’t “dirty” or run down, but it could use a little extra TLC. It’s like house keepin does the bare minimum. Oran stains on the pillow (looks like food, but didn’t use it to be on the safe side). We had no wash clothes at all. Usually hotels give you pen and paper, and the one time I needed a pen, I had nothing. Lol. The shower still had long blonde hair in it and it clearly wasn’t mine because I am an African American with locs. Nonetheless. We sucked it up, because we were only staying one night, however, Just be careful when booking.

The only thing I was not pleased with was the condition of the furnishings, I went to sit on the desk chair & it was terribly stained, very dirty looking.

Close to everything

The room was fine and met our needs for an overnight stay before the cruise, but we had to wait over an hour in line to check in at the front desk (and with part of the line going out the door for much of that hour, it wasn't even fully air conditioned...).

We got there on Friday and they said they clean their room every other day. On Sunday, we are out all day when we got back around five they hadn’t cleaned our room. We went down to the front desk and informed them the situation. The lady at the desk was very helpful. They sent someone up. Within a half an hour. We just shouldn’t have to have asked to clean our room after being out all day on Sunday. We are out of towels and almost out of TP. Other than that, it was a great hotel. We had a really good view. They have a really nice pool continental breakfast with some hot food. The surrounding area has a bunch of restaurants and a gas station with plenty of snack drinks, etc..

Always always my go-to for my work trips to Miami. I’ve been staying for many years and always rate it 5/5 for everything I need. Plus, super cozy, safe, quiet, and impeccably clean. Feels much more upscale than its “category”.

After a long day of traveling my room wasn’t ready! I had to wait 15 20 mins for my room after returning to the desk not understanding why it’s not ready when I booked in May! But it everything worked out!

Stayed the night before our cruise. Shuttle service to airport. Was a bonus.
