We rented a queen bed but instead was given a full bed. The front desk lady "upgraded" us to a bigger room as she beca.e aware we were traveling with a baby. The room was dirty, the floor looked like it wasnt properly swept/mopped. I felt uncomfortable to even take my shoes off. My husband switched our room. It was smaller in space but a bit more cleaner. Still a full bed. The rooms come equipped with a kitchenette which is cool. The outside had people loitering. They looked sketchy. I walked with my purse clutched to my body. For literally $20 more we stayed the following night at the Holiday Inn Express which is on the other side of the I75 and it was worth the extra money.

The room smelled like mildew. Not very clean where there was no detailing whatsoever. The television remote did not work. The linen smelled musty. There was a coffee machine in the lobby but they had no cups only lids.

Shower made sounds when on, room had a funny smel, then when asked to check out a hour later they would not accommodate

The front desk for check in and check out were amazing. Lydia is a breath of fresh air. She is amazing, very professional.

Smell of weed throughout the property. Front desk, person barely speaks when greeting you and is on their phone. Room had a few roaches. AC worked. I wasn’t sure which entrance to go into for the lobby because it’s not clearly marked. And felt very unsafe on property. Had it not been paid for by someone else I would’ve left

Hotel was pretty run down. Outside looks new and renovated but the hotel rooms are run down. Our blinds were broken and bathroom had hairs from prior guest. No one was attending the reception so we couldn’t checkout and get a statement of our stay.
