The room is okay, the staff helps to deposit things before check-in time, 3 bedrooms but only 1 tiny dryer, no iron

They refused to let me check in on time and there was no self-check-in option. They directed me from Landmark Plus to Landmark 3,4, which was inconvenient. When I arrived after the check-in time, the room was still not cleaned. The apartment's pictures they provided during booking were far worse than the actual place. The landlord wasn't very nice and didn't seem welcoming. Please carefully consider your choice for a vacation stay here.

Clean room but poor service, no hairdryer, super speed kettle, paper towel ... lack all basic amenities. Calling the staff, they will bring them, but they are also missing. Difficult location in travel, traffic jams, floods and rain.

The owner does not allow check-in. Making us move to another position is very tiring
