Hotel was clean and nice. The staff was genuinely very welcoming, helpful and hospitable. Breakfast was delicious everyday.

My husband and I spent a wonderful short break here and loved every minute. Definitely will return. A beautiful hotel in every way. Building, interior design. Professional and friendly staff. Excellent choices offered for breakfast, with again excellent attention to detail from staff. Lots of space in the rooms, quiet and spotless. Great area for walking and transport.

The hotel is located a 25 min walk away from the heart of Florence so very easy to access the main attractions within the city. The hotel itself is immaculate and the staff are extremely helpful with dealing with any questions you may have. Being able to access the spa everyday for 1 and 30 minutes is an excellent perk as the facilities are well worth a visit, you are also able to book massages for an extra fee. The breakfast also gives a variety of options to start each day and the room itself is spacious, with the shower particularly being very comfortable.

After a long day of sightseeing, we had the spa all to ourself for an hour to rejuvenate. Very professional, friendly front desk staff. Nice clean room with efficient housekeeping staff.

Beautiful hotel- our room was gorgeous and immaculate. Great location with public transportation right outside the door. The staff was English speaking and very kind as well as helpful with recommendations and answering our questions. We had requested breakfast be included when we booked but realized we needed to catch an early train after check out the next day. The front desk offered to have a bag ready with bfast items to take with us. Next morning they greeted us with that when we came down-bottled water and juice, yogurt, croissants and fresh fruit all packed up in a little shopping bag. Great customer service and experience overall and we’d definitely stay there again!

Hands down the best place we have stayed. They accommodated to go breakfasts for our tours, arranged taxis, made cappuccino when we were heading out the door. Wonderful experience

Very quaint hotel across the street from train stop. Staff were superb.

The staff member was checking us in quickly but then he lost attention as the phone rang and we were sent on our way. The pillows are poor and flat, uncomfortable to sleep on. There is a bar but no one seems to be there, the receptionist doubles as a bar person and does not always know measures or drinks. €10 for a glass of wine!! I only paid €4 in Venice! There was no kettle in the room, only a coffee maker but they did me one when I asked which was good of them.

The hotel is excellent but more importantly their staff is outstanding…. A special mention of Francesco and the entire restaurant team- wow! Exceptional service, best pastry table and a warmth in their delivery of service …

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The location is perfectly out of the city in terms of walking distance and being away from all the crazy crowds. Would def recommend to anyone visiting Florence.

We had a fantastic stay at the Moon hotel. It was convenient, clean, the room had every thing we needed, staff were friendly, and the breakfast was great. We also enjoyed using the spa. Very happy of our choice of hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Excellent all around! Very niche, amazing spa, superb service, excellent breakfast and majestic modern rooms. The short walk to/from downtown is well worth it!

Wonderful stay. Staff very warm and friendly. Celebrating daughter's birthday, they offered a bottle of prosecco but we can't handle our booze in such quantity so we got some lovely juice drinks. The rooms are spotless, bedding and linens top quality, location is very quiet. Breakfast was excellent with a very large selection of items. We did not have room for the hot selections but they looked delicious. Wish we could have stayed more than one night, will certainly be our top choice for our next stay. Location is very walkable to the main train station and to the city center, but set back enough that you have a quiet neighborhood feel.
