In this matter, you win, the service is the best. I had a problem with the door but the engineer came immediately, I was surprised because he was elderly but turned out to be very agile. The GONG early in the morning our car had been washed clean and shiny, masya Allah excellent service. And that was done to all the guest cars who stayed. For the food especially, it is recommended and complete. So for the price I paid for the room facilities and good service, this is highly recommended 🫶🏻 be our Lil best memory

+ The hotel staff really implements excellent service, from the beginning of our arrival, the staff were very solution-oriented and informative. + We were given the key early at 1:00 PM even though check-in time was 2:00 PM. + The building and room circulation were good so even without AC it still felt cool. + We had a buffet breakfast, there were 3 types of rice: white rice, uduk rice, and fried rice. The side dishes were fried noodles, sauteed bitter melon and tempeh, and fried chicken. There were booths for peanut porridge, bread, omelettes, steamed (corn, banana), drinks (guava juice, infused water, orange juice), my husband said there was cereal too. We got a price of 374K including breakfast, 2 adults and 1 5-year-old child. We think the food variety is very much adjusted to the budget of staying, and the service provided is quite decent. If you expect more food variety than this, of course the price will follow. - The swimming pool seems to have a filter/water flow that is not running, so there is a lot of dirt from the surrounding garden. + However, we got a bathtub in the bathroom and warm water, so the child could soak in the room. • The building design and room furniture are very classic, the room is clean, I can find one or two ants but it doesn't matter because they are not ants that are intentionally swarming, maybe they just got lost because there are lots of plants around the building. Along the balcony there is a raised bed for plants. • Our room is on the same floor as the swimming pool, the lobby is up one floor, and the restaurant is up another floor. Mobility still uses stairs, so it is a note for families with disabled members, if only Banyumas tourism is busy and this hotel increases its occupancy, maybe one day it can be upgraded to use an elevator. + When we stayed, there was a promo price for 5pcs mendoan 15K, 5pcs fried bananas 15K, Fried Rice 20K. Typical old-fashioned hotel but well maintained, no air conditioning but the weather is very cold

Breakfast...because on weekdays there are few people staying...so the only choices are fried rice, fried noodles or bread....but it tastes good....maybe if it's full of visitors...the food is buffet style and there are lots of menus

The hot water wasn't as expected. The sink was a bit warm. The shower was completely NOT warm.

A truly memorable stay. Friendly service, clean and spacious rooms, hot showers, and romantic views of the city at night. It's no exaggeration to say that our stay at Queen Garden Hotel Baturraden far exceeded our expectations, considering the price we paid for it was under IDR 300,000 per night. It was truly an experience I'm happy to write about and recommend. Note: The attached photo was taken from our room's balcony (yes, we also had a spacious balcony with comfortable chairs and a table).
