The parking area is very spacious. The atmosphere is comfortable and away from noise. Can sleep soundly. To find breakfast must go out of the Oase area.

The hotel is under renovation, but still receiving guests, no hot water, none of the tv channels are clear. Very disappointing,

I always like this guest house. Clean, spacious and quiet rooms even though in the middle of the city. The only problem is the guarantee of staying overnight. In Dec 2018 suddenly the room was said to be unavailable even though it was booked via an online agent. In December 2019, I ordered two rooms because there was a family event. When checked-out, the concierge said only one room was recorded. Luckily the officers are friendly but it just hurts.

Have stayed here twice. Clean rooms, good service. Unfortunately there are no breakfast facilities.

This hotel is perfect for a holiday, a position in the middle of the city, affordable prices, and room facilities that are very well priced, luxurious and clean. It's just that there is no signpost named this hotel in the terrain catholic center. I will return to stay here for sure.

Good location, calm. The hotel is a building with a church and high school. The rooms are nice and spacious, but the AC is not cold enough. Good service, just have to be more accommodating in serving guests. There is no minibar or room service, so make sure before going to the hotel to bring water especially at night.

I like this hotel due to - Location is convenient to go to many places - Room is very sounds proof, almost similar with Marriott kind of products . The concrete is very well built - The price is very value for money. Few things to improve - WIFI is poor in general, very rarely i could use it in good condition - Suggest to have at least water to be available. Other points - I think the hotel is spooky, as by mid night i could hear so much noise came from the upper floor, like people moving tables, furniture and banging the wall, all night long
