The employees were kind and helpful however the hotel itself was very disappointing. The bathroom was really bad and the room was subpar with a weird smell. There were limited food options, so only one of us ended up eating.

The men and women are friendly and polite.

Families enjoy staying at the Family C Nur Hotel, the rooms are clean, lots of TV channels, there is warm water, close to several good cafes, the check in and out process is easy. If you go to Sumenep, stay again 👍.

Basically, the rooms are clean, the mosque is right in front of the hotel, the atmosphere is comfortable, but only at the time of this pandemic there were only a lot of empty rooms.

The rest is OK except hot water will die in the morning.

The room is clean. The AC is cold and the breakfast is delicious. Unfortunately the time there is already at 14.00 but the room is not ready.

The rooms are okay, but for a while the AC is trouble. Then I was offered a room change and okay. But the breakfast is not satisfying. We were only treated to rice soup while the contents were prepared containing chicken dice 1 only about 5 seeds + 1/2 grain boiled eggs. There is indeed bread and butter and toasters. Elsewhere at the same price we get a slightly nicer room and a more complete breakfast.

The room has lots of mosquitoes. When I asked for insect repellent, the receptionist said it was finished. The rooms are also minimal plugs, I ordered a suite. My friend in the superior usually has more plugs available. Breakfast is less varied. Others are normal.

Room air conditioner is not cold, bathroom is stagnant, toilet is clogged, ordered 2 rooms one does not get a towel.
