The staff is friendly, but the atmosphere is a bit scary, especially the hallway, it's really dark. It's a bit stuffy, the smell of dust, like an old room that hasn't been occupied. Sorry, I'll check out right away.

so far so good, the facilities are complete, the TV is on, but if you want to use netflix, log in with your own account, the hot water works, the fridge is safe, the AC needs to be fixed because the temperature and wind speed have been replaced, it's still cold, in the basement there are many choices of places to eat and hang out there. The elevator got stuck when I got off in the evening so I had to use the stairs to go down, but the next day it was normal again. The wifi plug is on top of the fridge so I was a bit confused when the wifi didn't appear on the first day, the next day my father told me that the wifi router plug had to be plugged into the socket.

The room is clean and tidy and complete amenities, the location is very strategic, the customer service is fast response and friendly. The price is very cheap for a long weekend. Unfortunately the weather is not supportive so we can't see the view of Merapi. Suggestion to add an electric terminal because there is only 1 for charging hehe. Overall very satisfied.

Tempat nya tidak begitu nyaman karena apartemen jadi pelayanan nya juga tidak maksimal, ya tidak sesuai seperti kalau kita menginap di hotel yang sot biasa nya.

Lantai kamar sangat lengket membersihkan nya tidak baik, air panas tidak menyala dan kompor tidak bisa nyala, untuk bangku berjamur, untuk kebersihan kasur dan yang lain semua oke.

Kamarnya oke, tapi lingkungan sekitarnya agak gelap.

Really a recommendation, the view is really neat, the rooms aren't horror, really good anyway.

I've stayed here 2x, the first one I like. And this second one, I was very disappointed, because I was given a room near the elevator. And the elevator is so noisy. Not only the sound of the elevator bell but there is the sound of the elevator machine really loud. So interrupt rest. Almost every minute the sound of the elevator sounds. The second one has a kitchen but no gas.

7/10 anyway, the room is neat but it's a shame the sheets are dirty and there's no hairdryer even though the facilities are there.

Very happy to get a room that is really comfortable and according to what you want, the work table gets a view of Merapi, the AC, shower, stove, fridge all work properly. There is a balcony with a table and chairs that have a neat view in the morning. Cooking utensils, cutlery, washing dishes are also very complete. Next, if you go to Jogja, you will stay here again. I want to add 1 night but the next day I have to go back to work 😮‍💨. Anyway, I really like it, btw, yesterday I got room U15 on the 6th floor.

Quite satisfied staying here, close to everywhere, the staff is nimble, 👍.

The rooms are clean but lack smart tv and netflix, the same mineral water, and no toothpaste either.
