Satisfying. There are 4 rooms, not to mention the bed/sofa in the TV room (1st & 2nd floor), so there are many choices of places to sleep. The kitchen is clean, the dining and cooking utensils are also complete. The bathroom is also clean. The family room is very comfortable. Wifi is available, but when I stayed there yesterday the WiFi was being repaired, so I couldn't try accessing wifi. There is also a prayer room and it is close to the mosque. The access is very safe. Worthy of being included in the recommendation list if you go to Batu. Also close to BNS and JTP2. 👍 for the fast response home keeper.

Saya menyewa villa untuk 6 orang dewasa dan 2 anak. Villa berupa rumah dengan 1 kamar tidur dan 1 kamar mandi di lantai 1, 3 kamar tidur dan 2 kamar mandi di lantai 2. Semua kamar mandi dilengkapi dengan pemanas air. LPG, galon, dan peralatan makan pun tersedia. Hanya saja ada insiden saat kami menginap. Kamar mandi lantai 2 kran shower-nya bocor dan drainase tidak lancar. Pompa otomatis menyala terus. Pukul 02.00 pagi air yang bocor sampai meluap keluar kamar mandi, menggenangi lantai 2 sampai ke lantai 1. Baju dan perlengkapan kami banyak yang basah. Saat menghubungi petugas, tidak ada respon langsung karena sedang tidur. Akhirnya pukul 03.00 baru dibalas dan dibersihkan. Tapi barang kami terlanjur basah. Kran tetap mengucur jadi kami matikan listrik ke pompa. Akhirnya kami menyalakan dan matikan pompa saat akan digunakan saja. Karena kalau dinyalakan terus, kran yang bocor akan mengucur terus. Sungguh repot dan tidak nyaman. Petugas mengatakan akan ada tukang yang akan membetulkan kran di pagi hari, tapi sampai siang kami check out pun tidak ada yang datang membetulkan. Semoga hal ini jadi perhatian pemilik dan petugas sehingga ada perbaikan dan meningkatkan kualitas penginapan.

Villa luas, nyaman udara sejuk. Berada di Kompleks Perumahan Mutiara Panderman, security 24 jam. Recommended untuk liburan bareng keluarga besar. Kamarnya ada 4 ada musholanya juga.

Not suitable for 12 people. my family of 10 people, 1 person has to sleep on the sofa. the couch was deflated. lack of maintenance. lots of ants, lights off, balcony holes not repaired, bahy for small children. In general, even though there were complaints (lights were off, doors were broken) they were immediately responded to.

The family room, room, bathroom are all clean, like to gather in the back area where you have the gazebo. Recommended.
