Hotel staff is friendly, rooms are clean

The location is strategic and very easy to find because it is in the city center

The hotel is located in the city center, close to the market. The hotel rate is valid for 2 adults, for children over 12 years old are charged 50 thousand per person. It's not bad for a place to rest

The hotel room and bathroom were not clean and smelly. The bathroom had no lock. There was no AC remote. The TV could not be turned on. For good service, friendly. Only shortcomings in room maintenance and facilities in the room were not good.

The service is not good and friendly. Many facilities are lacking. The extra bed is also not comfortable. The sheets are dirty.

There is no toothpaste and soap so you have to prepare it

We stayed 2 rooms, checked in at half past 11 at night, when we checked out at 8.30, the room was checked, it seemed like there were yellow spots like spilled water, red like lipstick marks, black and brown dirt on the mattress, we wanted to be fined even though you entered the room in the middle of the night, it was already dirty but you didn't really pay attention, my child wanted to sleep, we covered it. Rather than being fined, I preferred to clean some of the spots that we were accused of dirtying, when the babysitter finished cleaning some of the spots, the color was far different from the ones we had brushed and the ones we hadn't, it could be that the sheets hadn't been replaced several times, it wasn't a problem to be fined, going in and out of a luxury hotel has never been like this, so we were determined to clean it ourselves, in 5 minutes we cleaned several spots. Be careful for those who stay with female employees, 2 of them like to slander, when checking in, check first, if there is something dirty, it's better to ask the employee to replace it, so that you won't be slandered for being the one who dirty it. Just think logically, if you come in the middle of the night and go out in the morning, how long will it take for you to just close your eyes and take a shower. It's like it was dirty from the start but we insisted on being the ones who were being dirty. It really hurts.

It's a shame that there was an unpleasant incident while staying there. Hopefully in the future, security will be improved.

It is very unfortunate that for the price of the most standard room there is no ventilation/window. So it is stuffy/difficult to breathe. The service is less enthusiastic.

Complicated, it is recommended to choose another hotel.

Hm, minus the employee's sensitivity to guests who from the start have booked for more than one night, to refill mineral water at least don't wait to be asked, minus the rule that if there is a stain on the sheets you will be charged 😅. Minus the sheets which are not tight, aka the rubber is no longer working so sleeping is uncomfortable with the sheets running around. Minus, there is no dental, which I usually get in hotels above 200 thousand, even under 200, dental is available 🙏. Minus the dirty towels. For location ok. Comfort around the accommodation is ok. Toilet cleanliness is ok.

Low budget but comfortable, clean, friendly, and definitely sharia compliant, not just any guest is allowed to stay.
