Good location. For room service,i need to put the (cleaning needed notice) on the door is the first hotel stay i met. I stayed 6nights So have the cleanings only for last 2days.

Staffs are friendly and really helpful.

The hotel is clean, well maintained, the staff is lovely, close to the train station and Shinsekai food sources. Opposite the hotel is a rice shop, Lawson and 7-11.

I had a wonderful experience staying in this hotel. It had been my home for almost 2 weeks. The hotel is very convenient to get to from the airport. Nearest metro is Ebisucho Station. Walking distance to Tsutenkaku Tower, Kuromon Market, post office, convenience stores, etc. Despite all the convenience, it is not a busy or noisy area. The location is really strategic and convenient. The room is just nice for a single pax, but may be a bit cramped if for 2 pax. The room is clean, comfortable, and complete with a fridge and TV. There's a washer, dryer, and ice machine on the 7th floor. Towels and amenities provided. I truly enjoyed my stay here. Being a solo traveler, I love the peace and privacy I have at this hotel. Will return here next time!

The hotel is strategically located, clean, comfortable.

The hotel is clean and modern. Although the room is small, it is fully furnished and arranged very reasonably. Near Nipponbashi station so it's convenient to go anywhere. The reception is extremely friendly and enthusiastic. Highly recommend :D
