Hotelnya bersih, estetik, nyaman, dapat harga murah dari app cuma 160rb, melebihi ekspektasi sih ini dengan harga segitu.

Jadi waktu nginep di sini udah yang ke 2 kali nya alasan menginap di sini karena bisa Netflix, tapi untuk fasilitas kurang seperti, sikat gigi tidak ada sudah kita minta tp ternyata tidak dapat sikat gigi, sabun kosong tidak diisi, keset kamar mandi tidak ada jadi basah kemana-mana, untuk kariyawan ramah, tp ada satu ibu-ibu ntah itu yang punya atau bukan dia malah gak ramah, dan untuk segi etitud nya kurang, tp saya akui malah bagus etitud kariyawan ya ramah-ramah, kecewa dan sangat di sayang kan, jauh dari standart hotel, tempatnya juga kurang bersih dan tidak wangi.

Kami pesan 2 kamar, room 2 dan 3 dekat dengan kolam. Namun, di room 3 tidak ada handuk dan room 2 saklar baru di-on-kan. Untuk kebersihan kamar kurang terawat ya. All in dibawa santai aja karena murah meriah.

The concept of the place is contemporary and instagrammable and the staff at the hotel are also friendly, but please pay attention to comfort and cleanliness as follows: 1. Minimal trash cans in public spaces at the hotel. 2. There are no hangers and mirrors in the bathroom. 3. The bathroom floor is dirty and the toilet seat is dirty. 4. The electricity token went out and the officer was not there when I wanted to complain so I had to fill in the token myself (personal funds) 5. The swimming pool water was not as clear as in the advertising photo in the application (murky) as if it had never been drained. 6. There is no telephone in the room so it is difficult to confirm if there is a complaint to the hotel staff. 7. Before checking in at Ellada, the hotel staff couldn't answer my confirmation either on Instagram DM, Whatsapp or telephone even though there were several things I wanted to ask first.

I was really disappointed, there was no one on guard at all, there should still be someone on guard, and I only arrived 20 minutes late but there was no one on guard.

If you wanted to check in, you were asked for an additional fee, you had to argue first, then you were given the price in the application, you were given a room that someone else had used and it was still a mess, finally you complained and you were given a new room. The place is nice, there is a swimming pool, coffee shop, badminton court. Suggestions: 1. The badminton court can be completely closed because the wind is so strong that playing is disturbed. 2. If it's really hot in the room during the day, maybe you could add window film. 3. In the room drinking water, tissue and a sink should be provided.

Ga ada konfirmasi di awal kalo ada jam malam untuk hotel (baru ini loh nginep hotel ada jam malam) balik-balik pagar digembok. Dibel berkali-kali ga jawab, ditelepon dari aplikasi ga bisa, sampe harus bunyiin rantai keras-keras, staff dateng bilang kalo memang biasanya kita sampai jam 12. Aku dateng padahal masih jam 11 an. Dan ga ada info di awal dari resepsionis. Mereka pun bingung kenapa ga kedengaran. Ya gimana dengan customer yang makin bingung. Untung di akhir-akhir ada kata maaf. Serius baru ini loh aku nginep hotel yang pagarnya digembok. Dan kita susah banget nge reach nya. Gimana kalo mau cari makan keluar udah gitu nungguin pintu dibuka juga lama banget. Environment lumayan, aesthetic banget tempatnya tapi untuk service kurang sekali. Attitude staff kurang baik. Dalam kamar tidak ada cermin, colokan hanya seperti yang tertera di pict ku, kebetulan di kamarku banyak semut (untung semut hitam) tidak ada cantolan baju di kamar mandi. Tirai nya transparan. Di kamar mandi tidak ada cermin. Plusnya. Kasurnya nyaman. Selimut lumayan tebal. Kamar aesthetic. Ada gantungan baju. Ada meja dan kursi. Ada TV. AC dingin. Vibes ala ala Santorini. Ada balkon. Tolong ditingkatkan lagi ya hospitalitynya.

Cocok banget buat staycation, apalagi yang punya anak kecil atau toddler. Ada binatang kelincinya, ayam kate, kucing-kucing dan juga playground nya. Tempat bersih dah nyaman. Tenang dan hening.

You can't really expect much from the price of 250,000 🥲 it's better now if you want to try the room while it's still new, the staff there seems to be less than diligent and the service is lacking, it's like they weren't trained first, that's sad.
