What needs to be fixed is that the bathtub is leaking.

The service is quite good, advantages: - AC is available. - Clean room. - Clean bathroom. Disadvantages: - Hot water does not work. - Only one towel. - No toothbrush and toothpaste. - No shampoo. - No clothes hangers.

Saya pesan kamar yang room paling murah. Kelebihannya kamar mandi bersih, ruang kamar bersih, ada air panasnya selalu nyala dari check in sampai check out, ada lemari, bangku single 2 di dalam kamar, ada TV dan stop kontak di dalam kamar hanya 2 untuk kipas angin dan TV jadi kalau mau charge HP dicabut salah satu, kalau malam dingin banget mungkin karena hawanya musim hujan ya. Kekurangannya kasur seperti seprei & selimut enggak diganti karena ada rambut panjang di seprei & selimutnya ada noda makanan kerak kering, tertulis memakai AC namun di kamar tidak ada AC yang ada cuma kipas angin saja, tertulis mendapat Wi-Fi gratis tetapi saat saya sambungkan baru beberapa menit sudah dimatikan Wi-Fi-nya sampai saya check out tetap enggak nyala, pintu lemari rusak tidak bisa ditutup, TV-nya seperti enggak pernah dinyalain berdebu & tidak dicolok ke stop kontak, WC duduknya enggak keluar air seperti losdol (rusak) jadi saat buang air besar nyiramnya pakai air di ember. Saran saya untuk pengelola hotel, tolong diperbaiki kekurangan yang saya tulis itu untuk meningkatkan kualitas hotel ke depannya.

The AC didn't work, fortunately it was raining, the air was a bit colder than usual. The bathroom faucet didn't work properly. Towels were only given for one reason because they ran out 😩, for hotels with lots of rooms and large meeting rooms the reason is really irrelevant. The crew was friendly even though they were disappointed with the facilities promised in the application. Hopefully the quality will be improved soon.
