The hotel staff is friendly, the place is comfortable, clean, only the TV doesn't work.

The place is super clean, the guards are friendly. The gate opens at 2 o'clock sharp, so if you come before 2 o'clock the gate is still locked😂

First impression kamarnya tidurnya bersih luas juga, sayang banget ga ada AC, baiknya di pasang AC karena kalo siang cukup gerah/panas. Malam juga pas kami tidur, karena cuacanya lagi ga dingin jadi pengap di kamar, jadi susah tidur. Kamar mandinya bersih tapi sangat disayangkan air hangat yang di shower ga konsisten, panasnya nyala sekali doang terus dingin lagi apakah rebutan sama penghuni lain? Untuk pool nya airnya dingin, padahal hotspring😌dan di kawasan sariater. Signal di tv susah channelnya dikit. Staffnya ramah. Mungkin pemilik villa harus ditingkatkan lagi nih fasilitasnya. Thanks.
