Breakfast is great. Swimming pool and playroom are great. About 8 mins walk to the nearest station.

The room is very good. It's near the mall and travel is quite convenient.

The staff were lovely and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, but the menu was limited. The kids' club only had a small ball pit and storybook area, but there were no interesting toys. The pool was on time, but the lights weren't notified to customers before turning them off. They saw that there were still children playing, but they turned them off immediately. It would have been good to have notified them in advance. There was no amenity kit in the bathroom. The housekeeper didn't replenish the towels after cleaning. The BTS station is quite far away, which is inconvenient.

Prime location, very friendly staff and services. Many spa, resto, pubs nearby. Kids friendly hotel. We enjoyed staying here, kids loved the bunk beds.

As a well-travelled person, this hotel was all you could ask for. The experience from start to finish was great, from the staff to the accommodation to the location. Highly recommended!

The hotel is suitable for families and has a children's club and the staff are very respectful and professional with children.. It is close to the train which helps you reach all the big malls within 10 minutes. Next to the hotel are many restaurants and the street is suitable for walking and exploring. There is a bidet in the bathroom

Everything was great, its just the facilities on Food and beverages is limited. Service was good, food were good.

The rooms are nice and clean, the pool is nice, the staff is very helpful. But the location is rather difficult to find local food, around a lot of western food.
