we visitied beijing at 4-11 april 2025 and it was arround spring season. so the weather still cold. we found out our room was completely hot. the temperature was like 33 or 35 degree celcius. we complained about the air conditioning for about 3 times, just after 3 times we were prepared a room to move to. But turns out, the room was also hot although better than the first one, but still 25-27 degree celcius. after reporting this again to the hotel, they told us that they only turn ON the air conditioning from 11.00AM to 5.00pm and nothing we can do about it. They told us that this is hotel policy. we spent with hot room for the rest days until 11 April 2025. we are very disappointed that we dont have decision to turn on/off during our stay on those times. if this is trully the hotel policy, in our opinion this is not a good hotel during spring. We didnt enjoy our stay during those days.
