The bed was comfortable, very clean, staff was polite and professional. Not a huge variety of reasonably priced dinner options in close vicinity but sufficient.

The best part of this hotel is its location, just a half block off N. Michigan Ave. It is reasonably priced. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. The pool is being repaired and is not open. The fitness room is bad: over half the machines are broken. The remaining machines only work partially: for example, toe clips are broken on many stationary cycles.

We booked this property for the rooftop pool, which we found out was closed upon arrival. The elevators were poorly run with extended wait times each time we used them. The bathroom door wouldn't close, the AC barely worked, etc. Great location but I wouldn't return.

Elevators. For some reason every time we needed an elevator, we had to wait 15-20 minutes, so we took my kindergartener, toddler, all our bags and stroller down 14 flights of stairs

Very large room for the location, valet parking available, snacks available in the lobby and Chipotle right off the lobby - in addition to Magnificent Mile shopping and lots of restaurants that were within walking distance. Great breakfast with plenty of seating. The carpet and paint were tired and need a refresh - but the bed was comfortable and the linens were good. There was a small pull out sofa bed and an additional chair in the room that were newer. I would stay here again - but hoping they have new carpet and paint in their future plans.

Room was huge! Bed was very comfortable. Water pressure was incredible. Very nice overall!

The elevators were very very slow . I’m pushing 70 and had to take 31 floors down on the stairs because my Uber was waiting for us. Plus have to carry my luggage..

With the hospital around the corner it was noisy!! But Great location.

There were roaches in our room and in the elevators. We told the front desk and they didn't seem to care.

Everything was great with the exception that the pool was not open and our kids were really looking forward to it. I wish that information would've have been written in all caps on the site before we booked.

We had a great stay overall! The staff was very helpful and inviting, and the rooms were clean and organized.
