The hotel unilaterally downgraded our family's room to a lower room on the day, wanting people to sacrifice but not wanting to lose anything. The room was cramped, only fit 2 beds, the aisle was only wide enough for 1 person but it was labeled as a room for 5 people (our family of 4 still found it cramped). The balcony had the air conditioner's hot block open, but it was useless. The view looked out into a hidden corner of Gia Dinh Park, but the stair fence blocked it. As for the reason for changing the room type, they told our family 3 days in advance that the air conditioner was broken. Yes. The air conditioner has been broken for 3 days and hasn't been fixed yet? I suspect they have a better deal, but the reason is so rotten that it's hard to smell.
