Excellent Service

Excellent spot and very good service.

The breakfast was terrible, the first 3 days there was no space to sit, we had to wait after we got a place we have to find our own cutlery and ask for coffee, we didn’t get at all. This happens the first 3 days. The breakfast area is much to small for the amount of customers that stay in the hotel. The breakfast itself was good, enough variety. The rest of the hotel is ok, nothing wow forma new Marriot.

My friend and I stayed at this hotel to celebrate her birthday. First of all the room did not have any draws to put our clothes. We lived out our suitcases for 5 days. The room is designed very inconveniently. The bathroom is so far from the bedroom area, so we did a lot of walking up and down. The iron was a steam iron that did not work. It leaked out water. The shower has no place to put your personal soap and facial wash. I had to put them in containers on the floor of the shower. They provided shampoo, conditioner and liquid facial wash in containers attached on the wall at the back of the shower, but I didn’t use them at all. The male manager was nice and accommodating. Our room service coffee was cold. Service at the restaurant in the lobby was great. The staff was very helpful especially Raphael, he was very accommodating to our need. He provided exceptional service every time I visited the restaurant. I liked that the coffee was very hot every morning. I also liked the gym, it is equipped with all the necessary machines and equipments. I had a great workout. Overall our stay was ok.

I do not recommend this hotel to anyone... I was a victim of robbery and they did nothing. Be very careful when staying at this hotel, do not leave your money outside the safe. I went out for a few hours and when I returned they had taken 200 dollars from my wallet... I reported it and they said that only one person had looked at the door but that no one came in... that means they are covering it up. It is a shame that one cannot visit their country with so much crime....

It was a great experience. I wished I would’ve stayed longer but I will definitely be back. The staff was great, the room was well equipped and comfortable. The pool was amazing. The hotel is well located where you are able to explore.

Great place to stay for business or leisure. Outstanding service from every employee; great food and a wonderful view from the top. Highly recommended.
