The room's AC leaked very badly, contacting reception got no response and had to be visited, when changing rooms there was no staff to help and was asked to go back and forth to return the leaking room key, only 1 staff member was friendly, the others were very unfriendly, car parking is paid.

Overall it's good but the equipment needs to be updated like towels, linen. Because everything looks old and yellowed.
