The room is very comfortable, affordable, the bathroom is clean, there is hot water, towels are also provided along with soap, except toothpaste and toothbrush, there is also a refrigerator in the room, the TV has channels, my child is happy, there is a dispenser outside the room for those who want free drinks, even though the AC is not cold enough, but the room is cool enough. The receptionist is very friendly (in fact, I bought a package to leave at the reception). Basically, it's great.

location in the city center. however the surrounding no grocery shops. staffs are friendly and helpful. WIFI were great! For improvement: - consistent check the room before guest arrival - my room day 1 (303) was lack of AC temperature - not hot enough, and the water shower pressure very week. it took times for technician to come and check, and I had to wait. my room day 2 (105) AC and water pressure were oke... but on the floor you could find alot of black ants in the bathroom, they entered from the hole at the corner of the bathroom, please check and rectify the issues.

A bit disappointed, it's different from before. Back then, the facilities were quite complete, like Netflix and coffee and tea. Yesterday, I got room 209. It turns out Netflix requires a separate account. There's a refrigerator, but it doesn't work, and there's no shampoo (it used to have shampoo and soap). But I did get a toothbrush and toothpaste. YouTube is safe, although the TV is a bit slow. The room and bathroom are clean and don't smell. There's a bolster, and the Wi-Fi is reliable. So far, it's still relatively safe. If you're only staying one day, this is still worth it, considering the affordable price and good service. 👍

I can't sleep well at all. it was very noisy here. from 10PM-7AM to much noise outside my riom, in the lobby area, at the staircase, upper floor, I don't know what was making those sound. mostly like sound of many people rooming around. The room is quite good with this price. Value of Money. Thank you!

At first the service was okay, but when I changed shifts at night, I was asked to help but there was no response at all, it was noisy at night like someone was dragging furniture until 1 am. The shower had a lot of water leaks, only a few holes to drain the water and the water wasn't hot 😭.
