I was quite disappointed because it turned out that WIFI and amenities which were one of the reasons I chose to book here were not available and were only informed by the receptionist in the lobby upon arrival! They should have been informed in advance via WA. If you have arrived at the place, have paid in full, then you are only told that there are no WIFI facilities and toiletries, even towels when they are in the laundry. How come it was canceled, because my money can't be returned 100% either. Important information like this should be updated in the app, so as not to mislead prospective guests who want to book a room. It would also be better if a special reception counter is provided so that check-in and check-out are more professional. However, thank you for providing a fairly responsive customer service contact.
