The hotel staff is friendly, the hotel is strategically located to Thamrin & Grand Indonesia, always walking distance.. Street food stalls are nearby and plentiful, next to Alfamart makes it very convenient 😭❤️ Love it, it's also cheap and cheerful.

For the rooms, please pay attention to the AC because the upstairs rooms often have AC off. and the downstairs rooms are not cold otherwise everything is ok.. great. I often stay here so I get to know Schuriti better and the staff are all quick. Maybe the owner is having problems with renovation capital.

The room was old and not up to scratch. I actually understand, but I can't explain the problem with the water in my toilet. The spray is small, and the shower only produces hot water (it can't be changed to cold). I was tired, it was late, and I couldn't even take a shower. I called the staff several times, but only once came, and the response was unhelpful. In the end, I decided to rent a new room at another hotel. It's very confusing when several people have given this hotel good reviews. Please improve. If it hasn't been fixed, don't open the room again until it's been fixed!
