Hotel was being “renovated “. Lots of noise and workers took control of elevator during the day requiring guest to use stairs.

Nice property. The room had all the essentials. Well located, just few blocks from the beach. The voucher for the beach club was a godsend. It included two chairs and an umbrella per room.

The hotel was a bit rundown but trying to stay maintained. The rooftop area they picture in ads was not available and everything was wrapped in plastic. The front porch sitting area was pretty dirty from other patrons. A single very slow elevator was available, bit fortunately stairs were nearby. There is no parking, so prepare to walk. The proximity to the beach and beach chair amenities they offer were a plus.

The only positive thing about my stay was the location was walking distance to the convention center

It was a Pleasant Experience, The Staff was very Friendly and Helpful. There was some construction and remodeling going on but it wasn't much of a headache

No place to set your things on, no TV, inconvenient ice storage. No trash container in room. Manny was very nice and helpful

Loud,my room was on the front by the street,so hearing the party folks at night and construction in the morning. I wish I knew beforehand. I would have asked for an different veiw.

I loved that the beach was seconds away , had a great view of the area and was 5 to12 minutes walking distance from shopping, restaurants and the film festival I attended also I felt very Safe. The bad was my room although clean the shower head wasn't, and my room was on the front so I head outside part goers wee hours of the night.

The hotel no tiene parqueos, hay que caminar unas 4 cuadras hasta el mas cercano... El hotel muy viejo 0 confort... supuestamente el desayuno esta incluido pero solo te dan manzanas, y cafe. Calidad y precio no se ajustan a la zona. La habitacion no tenia nevera ni agua.
