Had a good time

Our stay were okay with some headaches . We need to ask for towels and toilet paper s all the time. No cleaning at all. We asked for cleaning and it never came even paying for it. Everything else needed to pay for it.

The apartment was in worse condition than the photos, mine had filler patches in the walls. It was also a lot smaller than it appeared in the listing. They say it isn’t a hotel but there was nowhere to throw out rubbish and they didn’t even provide any sponge or dustpan and brush to clean the apartment, so I’m not sure how you can keep it clean without access to this? The cutlery was also dirty when I arrived. Everything needs to be rented from the vending machines. The staff were really helpful which was one bonus of staying here and the location was good for access to Avenida Paulista and the metro. There is also a really great little shop/vending machine setup in the lobby with ready meals and snacks and drinks - it was so handy! There was also no safe/secure place in the apartment for valuables which I would have appreciated. On the whole the apartment did the job for what I needed, but I probably wouldn’t book here again as it felt a bit too bare bones for me.

Good size room but very limited service. Everything has to be done online and staff are not really helpful. It is not a hotel really but an apartment. Location was good, right in front of a very good shopping centre and with subway options nearby.

El servicio del Ingreso estuvo muy bien . Pero durante la semana que estuve nunca hiciero el servicio de limpieza cambio de toallas, ni jabon ni champu, Con la pequeña Cocina para utilizar pero sin utensilios ni una cacerola para hacer un te y menos un cafe.

Sao Paulo is the best modern city in South America so far which ticks all the boxes for a western tourists needs and likes close by the apatment

Nice, clean, new apartments, close to all the best restaurants, shopping malls, wine bars, night clubs and cultural centers. Eating the best Fillet steaks everyday for pennies, whilst winning and dinning with the most beautiful women in the world, very freindly people, whats not to like ?

Very cheap rate in the heart of the city for a modern apartment with two bedrooms, comfty beds. Ape apartments are very clean and have a 24hr self service shop in the foyer stocked with beers, wines, soft drinks and snacks. Five stars

Great central location, cheap price, New apartments, very clean with 24 hour shop for all your needs.

Overall good stay, because your on Paulista Ave. But Hotel staff is not helpful when asking them to assist with ordering food. They act like they don't understand English as well. Overall room experience was bad because lock of window was broken, and someone from the other room was lurking through my window.
